Pack your items carefully


Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, Crutchfield over-boxes many products. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.

Attach the Authorized Return Code

For most returns, you will receive a Authorized Return Code(ARC) . Attach the Authorized Return Code on the package.

Ship the package

Take the package to Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. We recommend using Insured, Regular Parcel Service and keeping a record of your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Refund options

You will be provided a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased (not including original shipping).

Refund method

Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Items must be new

AudioConcepts may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one AudioConcepts originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • There is wear and tear that indicates heavy use.
  • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.

How long does it take AudioConcepts to process my return?

After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within ten business days.

Return Shipping Cost

Shipping labels

AudioConcepts will issue you a Authorized Return Code (ARC). AudioConcepts is not responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged or defective items. Let us know how many packages you're returning, and we’ll send a code for each package via email or fax.

Return shipping costs

If eligible, will be sent as a refund check to the billing address. AudioConcepts will only cover the costs of Insured, Regular Parcel Service. We will not cover expedited or upgraded delivery on the return.
